At Rosecliff Boutique, we want you to love every purchase! Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase (or delivery for online orders) and may be credited to your original form of payment or issued as store credit. After 14 days, the item is yours!  To qualify for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached. Please note that jewelry, accessories, intimates, bodysuits, bralettes, sale and clearance items, and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned. 

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on online orders, and we recommend using a trackable service, as Rosecliff is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.  In-store returns must be accompanied by your receipt or order confirmation email and fall within the 14-day return window. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at rosecliffboutique@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order so we can make it right!
