At Rosecliff, we are committed to creating a thoughtful, personalized shopping experience, whether you visit us in-store or shop online. We carefully curate each piece and hope you love every item you bring home. If something isn’t quite right, in-store purchases are eligible for exchange or store credit within 14 days of purchase, as we offer a hands-on try-on experience and are unable to provide refunds for in-store purchases.
Online purchases are eligible for store credit within 14 days of delivery, allowing us to continue offering a curated collection while maintaining the elevated boutique experience you expect from Rosecliff. If you have any questions about fit, sizing, or styling, we encourage you to reach out to us before purchasing—we’re always happy to provide personalized guidance to help you feel confident in your selection. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs; for added convenience, a prepaid return label can be provided and the cost will be deducted from your store credit. All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition with tags attached, and free of makeup, deodorant, fragrance, or any signs of wear.
Sale and clearance items, bodysuits, intimates, and accessories are final sale and not eligible for return. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can make it right. As a small, independently owned boutique, your support means everything, and our return policy allows us to continue bringing you beautiful, thoughtfully chosen pieces while providing the level of service you deserve.
