All orders ship directly from our store in New Wilmington, Pennsylvania, and most are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days of purchase. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.

At Rosecliff Boutique, we want you to love every purchase! Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase (or delivery for online orders) and may be credited to your original form of payment. We will accept returns up to 14 days where store credit will be issued. After 14 days, the item is yours! To qualify for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached. Please note that jewelry, accessories, intimates, bodysuits, bralettes, sale and clearance items, and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on online orders, and we recommend using a trackable service, as Rosecliff is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments. In-store returns must be accompanied by your receipt or order confirmation email and fall within the 14-day return window.
